Abishek recently shared his thoughts on how to create AI-enabled content workflows, coming up with three potential options for you to test out at your own company.
Here are those three AI-enabled content workflows.
What marketers need to know
Workflow 1 - Use AI for research or first drafts, marketers for editing and approval: Use AI to create first drafts. Then, get marketers to refine it, add creativity, and ensure the results match your brand’s tone of voice.
Workflow 2 - Marketers build core messaging while AI personalizes at scale: Use marketers to create your core messaging and content. Upload these content assets to an AI system, which will then use them to create short-form versions for different channels, localize it for other languages, and even generate persona-specific variations.
Workflow 3 - Apply AI to data analysis, marketers to strategic decisions: Give AI semi-structured data and ask it to organize it into tables, or give ChatGPT and Claude a chunk of text and ask them to create a table with the information you need. You can even ask ChatGPT or Claude to write Excel or Google Sheets formulas in plain English.
Vimeo launches an AI script generation tool
Vimeo has announced that it’s integrating new AI tools for its paying users, which include a script generation feature powered by OpenAI.
The three new features include a script generator, a teleprompter, and a text-based video editor that identifies (and allows you to remove) "filler words, long pauses, and awkward moments."
This could be a significant time-saver for marketers, helping them to create a fully produced video in minutes.
Vimeo's CPO Ashraf Alkarmi confirmed that the script generator is powered by OpenAI, but didn’t specify which model is being used.
What marketers need to know
The script generator tool generates scripts based on a brief description and key inputs like tone and length.
The text-based video editor can identify and remove filler words, long pauses, and awkward moments in videos, thereby enhancing the quality of video content.
These tools are available to users subscribing to Vimeo's standard plan and above, starting at $25 a month.
While the script generator has potential, we’re unsure how effective it is. It will probably require user edits to ensure accuracy.
