The process
Understand your target audience: Analyze competitor sitemaps for ideas. Brainstorm potential product-centric content. Use keyword research tools and assess competitors’ keyword trends.
Keyword research: Target longer tailed keywords with buying intent. Use tools like KWfinder (it’s free) to determine competitors’ link profile strength. Search for competitors also targeting the focus keyword.
Study competitors: Use the Detailed SEO extension to see high-ranking competitors' metrics for Headings, Links, Images, Schema, and more.
Choose a scalable topic series: Look for topics with 100s or 1,00s of keywords to target. Generate content for each topic series.
1-up their content: Make everything about your content better than your competitors: word count, how they meet search intent, how many products they reference, what headings/subheadings they use, etc.
Write first drafts with AI: Create first drafts rapidly before adding in additional details that will help establish E-E-A-T.
Publish ASAP: As Diandra says, “The sooner you get your content out, the quicker it stands a chance to rank.”

The first prompt will help you write a well-thought-out draft, while the second will ensure it resonates with your target audience.
Advanced cold email template: I wish to [desired action (e.g., schedule a call)]. Help me write a personalized and engaging email that gets straight to the point, follows the 2:1 rule (talks about the potential client twice as much as about myself), includes a strong call to action, does not undermine my value (i.e., avoids expressions like "sorry to bother you" or "I don't want to take up too much of your time"), focuses on ONE key benefit of working with me, and finally, contains a maximum of 100 words.
Analyze the result from the recipient’s perspective: Take a moment to evaluate this email as [prospect's role]. Would you personally respond to this email? If not, what might be the reason?
Then, make any recommended adjustments and hit send.
